Client Pitch: Spoon and Stable | Scope Agency

As part of a collaborative group project, we created Scope, a fictional Minneapolis-based agency focused on branding and digital marketing for small-scale restaurants. I served as the Brand Strategist, shaping the voice and strategic positioning of our potential client, Spoon and Stable, a high-end, farm-to-table restaurant in the North Loop.

Although this was a conceptual pitch, our team approached it as if we were working with a real client. Together, we built a brand revitalization strategy—from social media plans to a new website concept and measurable digital performance tracking. Our work reflected an understanding of the restaurant’s values and audience, transforming into a campaign designed to connect authentically and effectively with Minneapolis diners.

This project not only sharpened my skills in brand identity development and strategic messaging but also taught me the power of teamwork, storytelling, and data-informed decision-making in bringing a brand to life.
